Dry Fried String Beans with Minced Pork

This is every Chinese households' go-to dish. It's super easy to make. To make it vegan, switch the meat out for your favorite alternative. Use Yóu Yóu to oil the wok and turn up the heat for a speedy stir-fry. Yum!

Ingredients
8 oz | Diced String Bean |
---|---|
5 oz | Minced Pork |
4 tbsp | Yóu Yóu Tea Seed Oil |
2 tsp | Soy Sauce |
2 tsp | Dried shrimp |
1 tsp | Minced pickled mustard tuber |
1 tsp | Minced Ginger |
1 tsp | Dark Soy Sauce |
1 tsp. | Water |
1 tsp | Sesame Oil |
1 tsp | Vinegar |
Optional | Spring Onion |
Instructions
- Pre-heat 2 tbsp of Yóu Yóu Tea Seed Oil in a wok
- Add in minced pork
- Stir fry until the pork changes color
- Separate the pork into a dish and let sit
- Pre-heat the wok again with Yóu Yóu Tea Seed Oil
- Pan-fry the string beans
- Separate the string beans into a dish and let sit
- Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of pickled mustard tuber, 2 teaspoons of dried shrimp, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
- Stir fry with oil
- Add minced pork and string beans back into the wok
- Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of water
- Stir fry for 1 minute
- Generously add green onion bits, 1 teaspoon of black vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Mix well
- Ready to serve
Notes
- For some extra spice, add in diced chills with the garlic and ginger.
