Prawn Toast with sweet chilli sauce

Ingredients
250 ml | Yóu Yóu Tea seed oil |

10 piece | Coriander |
10 pieces | Prawn |
10 small pieces | JinHua Ham |
9 tbsp | Potato Strach |
3 | Egg |
2 tbsp | Sweet and Spicy Sauce |
2 pieces | White Bread |
1 tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Sugar |
1 tsp | Pepper |
Instructions
- Cut white bread into bite size
- Batter:
Mix 3 eggs with 9 tablespoons of potato starch, sugar and pepper till texture thicken - Sprinkle salt on top of prawns
- Dip the prawns into the batter
- Sprinkle potato starch on the white bread bites
- Place one prawn on top of each piece of white bread bite
- Add one small piece of Jinhua Ham and a small bunch of coriander on top of each piece of prawn-ed toast
- In a wok, heat the Yóu Yóu Tea Seed Oil to 150 degree celsius
- Carefully place the prawn toasts one by one on the wok, make sure the prawn side is facing down
- Deep fried the toasts for 1 minute for each side
- Ready to serve
- Notes: If you can't find Jinhau Ham at your locate store, feel free to go use pamar ham instead
